Airwallex Manager interviews, decoded.

A recruiter from Airwallex got in touch. Then, there were several HR interviews, followed by multiple hiring manager and stakeholder interviews (the hiring manager changed a few times). The company was undergoing a lot of internal changes, and the role's responsibilities kept shifting. The HR team was really pleasant throughout the process, though.

The hiring process was quite fast, taking about a month from start to finish to get the final offer. It involved 6 stages in total, which included completing two take-home case studies. The interview questions were pretty direct, focusing on motivation and industry knowledge.

The interview process was really disorganized. They didn't seem to know what the role was about or communicate it well. The interviewers weren't prepared, they kept saying different things, and when I asked about the culture, growth, or pay, they were really vague. It made it hard to trust the leadership.
