Candidate-reported interview process

So they asked me a bunch of stuff about making content, like what I'm into, what I'm good at with production for different kinds of media, and then I had to show them how I'd use their program. Also, some personal questions about how I got started as a creator.

The interview process was incredible! I loved everyone I met, they were all so enthusiastic and I knew I would be supported. At the time, the recruiting team was made up of 3 people, and I was interviewing to be the fourth member and the sole Recruiting Coordinator. The entire interview process took about a week. Two phone calls (recruiter and team lead) and one zoom interview (VP of People/Finance).

The whole process was pretty fast, wrapped up in just over a week. Folks were super responsive and nice. The questions felt real-world, covering system design, database design, testing, and debugging. There were 5 interviews in total.
