So, it's a 3 round interview process. First, you have a chat with the recruiter, then you meet with the manager. If they like you, you then come in for about half a day to meet the team and do an assessment.
It was pretty laid-back and casual, but they'll definitely want to know more about the examples you give. A big part of it is focusing on success metrics and your thought process when making decisions.
The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a meeting with the Head of Design, then discussions with immediate team members, and finally a concluding round. It felt like a pretty standard hiring procedure. I appreciated the early meeting with the Head of Design. The subsequent interview involved people I'd be working with directly, and they have the ultimate decision-making power. The organization appears to have a flat structure.
