Overall it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and honestly not the terrible experience I've ever had. The positive interactions with the team, both during the on-site and outside of it, were a major factor in my decision to choose Airtable over my other offers.
Phone screen with a recruiter, then a phone/zoom call with the hiring manager, followed by a hiring panel. Overall it was a really bad experience because after the interviews, they said I'd hear back by the end of the week, but it's been about 15 business days and they've totally ghosted me. Total waste of time.
First, I had a call with HR. Then, a call with the hiring manager where we discussed behavioral stuff. After that, I had an excel test where I had to mess with formulas on the spot. Finally, there were calls with people from other teams.
