Candidate-reported interview process

Applied over a month ago and they took a really long time to get back to me. The rejection email they sent was very strange. I only heard about my application status because of an internal referral, and it took Airtable over a month to respond. The recruiting team and their process were completely messy.

The interview process kicked off with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by a 30-minute meeting with the Hiring Manager via Zoom. Next, there were panel interviews, consisting of three 30-minute Zoom sessions, and a 45-minute presentation. The process concluded with a final 45-minute Zoom call with the Hiring Manager. Communication with the recruiter and coordinator was consistent throughout, and all interviewers were well-prepared and asked relevant questions. The presentation was an enjoyable part of the process, allowing me to demonstrate my expertise.

The interview process was straightforward and everyone was very nice. The recruitment team seemed cohesive and communicated well throughout the process. Although I didn't get an offer, I received helpful feedback that will help my job search.
