Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process felt fair. While leadership was engaged, they didn't offer any feedback. It seems like a great company to work for, but they are specifically looking for very senior sales representatives. The product has strong market fit.

First, I had an initial phone screen with a Recruiter. Then, I had a 1:1 chat with the Hiring Manager. After that, there were 6 separate 30-minute interviews where I did role-play for Discovery and Demo. The interviewers included a Cross-Team Manager, a Peer, the Hiring Manager, a Director, and a Team Lead. Finally, they checked with my Previous Manager for a referral.

The interview process was incredibly communicative and I loved everyone I spoke with! The culture and benefits are amazing. Truly a dream company. The process was HARD tho and involved a lot of prep work. But I thought beneficial to understand the work that id be doing.
