Candidate-reported interview process
Interview with someone from HR, then an interview with a leader, and finally an interview with the manager. All interviews are in English, at least most of them. The first interview was by phone, another was in person, and the last one was remote.
So, first you have a chat with HR, where they ask some basic work-related questions in English. Then, they invite you for an in-person interview at the office, which is a mix of Portuguese and English. They'll ask about your last job, a tough situation you faced, and what you took away from it, and so on. After that, you'll have an interview with the manager, which is similar to the in-person one. Finally, you complete a personality test, and they'll share the results with you.
It was really easy and all online. Originally I was aiming for a different role and the team there was helping place me, but then they ended up offering me a position on their own team. They were really friendly and responded quickly.
