A recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn. I had 2 interviews. First was with HR, second was with the data manager and a technical data analyst. The manager led most of the interview, talking about the job and asking business-related questions. Near the end, the data analyst asked me technical questions, and I got to ask some questions too. I didn't get the job, but they mentioned that two more stages could have followed: a live coding interview and a behavioral interview where they recommended using the STAR method. It was a good experience overall, and the people were professional.
The process was brief, lengthy, quite long, and went good. It was nice and quite decent to me and everyone.
This was a 7+ week process, which I was really committed to because I was excited about the role at airSlate. The team was nice and the product looks good, but a lot of things went wrong making it disappointing. It seemed like they weren't sure about the role level and the pay changed super late in the process, even after references and an assignment. Communication was sometimes messy, and even though they asked for my feedback after each round, they didn't share much back. It felt like there wasn't a clear plan or structure, so I didn't know where I stood or what was next. I ended up backing out because the new compensation and role didn't match my experience or what I expected.
