The interview process was very straightforward. I met with the hiring manager and was told I'd get an update on the next steps soon. Unfortunately, the recruiter never followed up and we never heard back, which is a shame because I was really hoping to join the company. It's quite unprofessional for a company to ghost candidates; at least a proper rejection email would be appreciated.
It was a pretty chill process. First, I spoke with HR. Then, I had a meeting with the Hiring Manager. The next step involved meeting the team, which was a good time where we talked about the role and their own jobs. Lastly, I connected with HR again.
I had a phone call interview which was really straightforward. I met with 2 people from the company via zoom and then had a case study to do. They liked the case study but ghosted soon after. They even sent me an invite to schedule another invite but have since sent follow-ups and haven’t heard a single thing. Very disappointed because they seemed like a good company and I was genuinely interested in the position. Clarity on the standing of the application even if it was a rejection would have been nice.
