It was a long interview process, but it was worth it. First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had two in-person interviews with regional management. Finally, there was a virtual discovery day that included a 10-minute presentation.
It was a brief phone call. Seemed like standard interview questions, though I'm not sure a phone interview can truly assess someone. It would have been better if it wasn't just a recruiter doing the interview.
They call it the gauntlet for a reason. You interview with a total of 6 people, 2 at a time. They are all very friendly so that’s nice. You get a tour of the company.
