Great guys, interviewed with head of engineering, team lead, tech lead and project manager, everyone was reasonable and friendly. They threw some odd questions at me but answering wasn't a problem.
The hiring process was really professional and clear. It had a phone screen, then a virtual interview, and then a final in-person one. They were quick to respond between interviews, maybe 3-4 days, and always got back to me promptly.
First, they set up a manager call. I waited 15 minutes, and an hour later, the HR emailed saying the manager was in another meeting. Then I went to their Santa Monica office for a two-and-a-half-hour interview. The schedule was completely different, and the people who showed up were not the ones the HR mentioned. There was supposed to be a 15-minute HR session at the end, but the HR canceled it because they had another meeting. It felt pretty disrespectful.
