I first spoke to an HR rep at a college fair. About two weeks after that, I was contacted for a phone screening. It was pretty straightforward, mainly asking about me and my background. They seemed to be checking if I'd be a good fit for the company. Then, about a week later, I was contacted for an interview with the Hiring Manager.
