Candidate-reported interview process

I first spoke to an HR rep at a college fair. About two weeks after that, I was contacted for a phone screening. It was pretty straightforward, mainly asking about me and my background. They seemed to be checking if I'd be a good fit for the company. Then, about a week later, I was contacted for an interview with the Hiring Manager. This one was a bit more technical, but not overly difficult. A few days after that, I received an offer. The HR team was really good about keeping me informed about my status throughout the process.

I had a phone screen with HR where we covered basic get-to-know-you stuff and my resume. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager and another team member. They asked about my background and experience, including some behavioral and technical questions.

The interview process was quick and the interviews were chill. It was a standard behavioral interview where the interviewer asked about my time in school along with regular behavioral questions.
