I first talked to the manager of the group, and it went fine. Standard questions, nothing special. Then I spoke with someone from HR who had me take a quick personality test. She kept asking me about working for the company where I've interned the last few summers. I think she asked me about it three times in the 10 minutes we spoke. I suspect that's why I never heard back from them.
I applied online and got a call from HR within a few days. The HR rep told me about the company and culture and said business casual attire was appropriate. My interview was the same week. I got to the office and met with three people who asked me basic questions like my current responsibilities, why I was leaving, and my strengths and weaknesses. After that, I met with a manager for a second interview. He asked similar questions and gave more details about the job. HR called me back less than a week later with a job offer.
It was a great company with a very relaxed culture. The interview was pretty easy overall. They do give an examination before making an offer. My interview experience at AIReS was pleasant and successful.
