Candidate-reported interview process

It was a nice and relaxing zoom interview. They asked common questions. The whole thing was about 30 minutes and it felt like it went by fast. Overall, it was a good experience.

Started with an online assessment where I had to answer some questions. Then, I had a video call with the two managers of the CS team. After that, there was an exercise using Aircall tools, focusing on routing calls, voice messages, creating flowcharts, and automating reports. This was followed by a debrief session with the CS Management team, HR, and operations. Finally, I had a final interview with the Director of Product & Support.

There were about 3 or 4 interview rounds with different team members. It was great to be able to talk to actual team members.
