It was a very straightforward experience overall. They are specifically looking for someone who speaks German fluently, is highly motivated, and shows a strong willingness to learn and grow. The expectations are clear, and the role seems well-suited for eager candidates.

It was a very friendly and well-structured interview. Scheduling the interview was also very good and fast. All in all, it was a good and interesting interview that didn't include the usual run-of-the-mill questions.

The process started with a virtual interview which included technical questions and an HR interview. It was very organized and structured. They declared the result within 2 weeks.
