The interview focuses on finding someone with a passion for aviation. You'll encounter some basic thermodynamic and aerodynamic questions, related to your background and experience. It's generally an easy process, but they really want to see your enthusiasm for aviation.
The interview process included a video questionnaire where participants had two attempts for each answer, which was an interesting approach. It was a bit surprising when they requested answers in French, even though French proficiency wasn't a stated requirement for the role.
The interview involves a bunch of game-based tests to check cognitive abilities. There are seven different games, each made to assess different parts of your mental aptitude. These games will test your memory for patterns, problem-solving skills, reaction speed, and critical thinking. You don't have a time limit for the games, so you can take your time. The interface is super easy to use and interactive, so you should be able to play the games without any problems.
