Candidate-reported interview process

First, I had a chat with HR, then I met with three team members, and finally, I spoke with the Director. They clearly explained the job and my responsibilities. Then they asked me questions focused on decision-making, my experience, and how I organize my work.

After talking with the manager and internship tutor, I did a Hirevue video on their platform. It was super easy and doable. The recruiters were nice.

I applied on 9/15/24. Then I had to complete a questionnaire on 10/10/24. After that, the recruiter set up a call with the hiring manager for 10/10/24. I interviewed with the hiring manager on 10/18/24. The next step was a second interview with the Director and HR on 10/25/2024. I got the offer letter on 11/6/24.
