The hiring process involved an initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with HR. During these interviews, we discussed my previous job responsibilities. Part of the interview was conducted in English, and there were also standard personality questions. A key question asked was about why I didn't continue with my previous employer, given that my prior role was an apprenticeship.
After applying online, you'll need to answer why you'd be a good fit for the role. Then there's an online meeting with two staff members, lasting about 50 minutes total. They'll ask about your skills, thought processes, and how you'd handle specific situations. They are looking for someone with knowledge of SAP, big data, and how to decarbonize the supply chain.
The hiring process was quick and efficient. First, there was a screening by an HR company that included technical questions. Then, I interviewed with the functional manager and the proximity manager. They asked easy questions and soft skills questions, which were also part of the HR recruiter's assessment.
