Candidate-reported interview process

the interview went well. Staff were friendly and I found the actual level to be OK. Some of the questions I wasn't sure on but they were OK generally. It compared easily alongside wit h a few others I had going on at the time

You'll start with a self-recorded video interview where you respond to questions. You get 1-2 minutes to prep each question, and can record up to 2 takes for each answer. After that, there's a verbal technical interview with an engineer, but no live coding involved.

The interview process involves application review, an initial screening, several rounds of interviews (phone, video, and in-person), assessments, and reference checks to see if candidates are a good fit. It was well structured and well furnished.
