Candidate-reported interview process

I did an end-of-studies internship that ended with a permanent offer. The process had 3 steps. First I had to fill out a skills form, then I had an interview with the business managers and after that an hour and a half interview with HR.

I applied online on their website, and after about 4 weeks, I was invited to a HireVue interview. This involved some general HR questions. Then there was an interview with the manager, followed by an offer.

First a video screening, then a phone call with the department head, then an in-person meeting with the department head, followed by meetings with the technical team and HR.
