Hiring via HireVue. The system is bad and I doubt anyone watches the video. A waste of time, it's better to reconsider the interview if this type of method is offered to you.
It was a Google Meet call, about an hour and a half max. They asked a mix of technical and competence questions. A senior person and a current intern did the interview. The intern asked the competence questions, and the senior asked the technical ones.
It was an easy interview with a nice committee. The interviewers were professional and asked direct, reasonable questions. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. They asked about my past experience and previous challenges. They also asked about my salary expectations, and the environment felt positive.
