The questions were challenging but not too niche, like about a hole's nonconformance and the difference between forgings and sheet metals. Finally, I answered some HR questions using the STAR method. I got an offer 10 days later because my evaluation was positive.

So the Airbus interview process has a few parts to it. First, there's like an initial screening, then some technical tests, and then behavioral interviews. Sometimes they might throw in a panel interview too. They're basically trying to see if you've got the right technical skills, if you can solve problems, work with others, and if you'd be a good fit for the company.
