Had a first interview with an external recruiter. The next step was an interview at the Airbus factory. They asked normal questions about my professional experiences, soft skills, other spoken languages and desired salary. It lasted 1h30 and was easy/normal difficulty. There were no technical questions in this first interview, they are reserved for the second interview.
First, you'll need to make a video. The questions will focus on presenting the company and why you chose Airbus. If you pass that, you'll have a technical interview.
It was ok, but needs to give more information regarding salary and benefits and daily tasks. And also if not approved should send feedback (it was not provided and can be frustrated wait for this without any update).
