I applied for a job and then I had to do a HireVue, followed by an interview with the manager which was quite technical despite the manager being very friendly.
the application process was a bit long but it was a good candidate experience, the exchange was fluid and efficient. the questions were relevant to the job offered, and they got back to me quickly after the interview.
It started with a brief talk about myself, my experiences and anything interesting that I have done. Once I was introduced to the people in the office, I sat down and was asked a series of questions on competencies and was then talked through the process of the internship and asked any questions I had.
