Airbus Graduate Program interviews, decoded.

The interview process flowed very well, it was a comprehensive interview and they asked fairly typical questions. If you prepare a fair amount it is easy. But hours of preparation was not essential. It was half technical, half personality based questions.

The Airbus Graduate Program interview is all about checking your technical skills, how you solve problems, and if you fit in with the team. You gotta show you can work with others, lead stuff, and are really into new aerospace ideas. Use real examples from your past experiences.

It was an all-day assessment center with 3 parts. First, a scenario-based assessment with 5-6 candidates (for this or other roles). We worked as a team on 4 tasks and then presented solutions. This took about an hour. After the team interview, there was an individual HR interview. This included self-evaluating our performance in the previous assessment, plus typical HR questions (personal and behavioral). This lasted about 30-45 minutes. Lastly, a technical interview where I met the team I'd be working with and learned more about their projects and the position. It included a CV walkthrough, questions about my academic/work background, and some technical questions specific to the role.
