Candidate-reported interview process

I had to answer some written questions and some video questions. For the video questions, I had to introduce myself, explain why I applied to Airbus, and mention which Airbus value represents me. I had some prep time and 2 tries for the video.

The first step is a video interview with HR. They will ask you to introduce yourself, explain your motivations, and tell us why you chose Airbus. Some questions were also in English.

They reviewed my resume and asked about my projects. There wasn't any technical part to it. It was super chill and relaxed. I heard back within a week of applying, which was great.
