Airbus Data Analyst interviews, decoded.

Sent CV + cover letter. There's a video interview to do after a pre-selection. It's an interview without recruiters, just us and the computer. If the profile matches, there's an in-person interview.

This was for a contractor Data Analyst role. The hiring process seems to involve starting as a contractor through another company with the potential for full-time employment at Airbus later on. The interview, which lasted about 20 minutes, included the Head of Team, a team member, and my HR contact. Although my HR contact mentioned preparing a presentation to showcase skills, the hiring manager and team member were unaware of this requirement until I brought it up. They seemed impressed after I presented, and I believe it was a key factor in securing the position. I am still a contractor at this time.

The interview process was at a medium level and the questions were pre designed for the aspirants. They had a test before they could call us for the interview and the process was smooth and well designed.
