Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a technical round focusing on Angular, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience in incident management was a plus. Next, there was a techno-managerial round where they assessed my ability to handle difficult situations, which went really well. The third round was primarily managerial, discussing projects with clients. Finally, there was an HR round. The whole process was quick, and the recruitment team kept me updated promptly.

The interview process had 4 rounds of medium difficulty. There was a technical round, a managerial round, a european round, and an hr round. An offer letter was released quickly.

The interview was online and focused on personality to get to know you. They made me feel very comfortable, which I appreciated. There were two attempts allowed per question, which helped reduce stress.
