Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewer's questions were clear, but they spoke very quickly. We never received any feedback on the process. They implied I would move to the next stage, but I was never contacted again. They weren't clear about the job duties.

First, a recruiter screens you for skills and to check your English. Then, you have an interview with the department head to confirm your expertise for the role. Next step is negotiating the terms.

The whole process took about 3 weeks. After I applied, HR contacted me within 2 days to set up a 1.5-hour interview. This interview covered behavioral, technical, and assessment aspects. I also had another interview scheduled to meet the head of the department. It was a really fast and efficient process.
