I applied online and got an email. Then I had a skill assessment set up. It was a python coding challenge that I had to complete within an hour. A couple of weeks later, I got rejected as the position was removed for business reasons.
I spoke directly with the hiring manager, and the conversation focused mostly on my previous work and history. It was a good chat, and nothing too difficult came up. The manager was friendly and receptive, giving me a lot of freedom to discuss my background and how it aligns with the role.
After a good application, we had an initial skills assessment centre. We tested maths, english, and technical skills there. The 20+ people who got chosen had to go to a final interview day. This day had one-on-one interviews, and a team task that was watched.
