Candidate-reported interview process
After submitting an application, I had an interview. The questions were pretty easy to answer. I actually got the offer the very next day! Three people interviewed me.
The interview process had four levels. First was a preliminary conversation with HR. Then, there was a task-based presentation, which they gave a week to prepare and present to the team's heads. After that, a technical round happened. Finally, another HR round was conducted.
The entire interview journey was quite pleasant. I chatted with HR on WhatsApp and got quick replies. There were two Zoom interviews; one with the hiring manager, and then another with both the hiring manager and the Head. I got an offer after these two stages. The offer was really good, better than average, with excellent leave and travel benefits.
