Candidate-reported interview process

So, the interview process was pretty fair, they asked good questions about how to handle risks and what to do about it. They also focused on how to put controls in place. A lot of it was about the whole company and how to look at things from the top.

My first interview was at RedQ. The second interview was at the warehouse at CASE. After a warehouse tour, I was given a case study about improving warehouse efficiency. I submitted the case study two days later. After more than three weeks, I received an email stating I was not selected.

HR reached out about a month after I applied. There were some big delays because the HR person was out (on leave, sick, or had car trouble), so a few follow-ups were missed. Finally, I set up an interview with the hiring manager. The interview itself was good and I felt positive about it. But after that, nothing. It's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back from anyone, even after I followed up. It felt pretty disorganized and unprofessional, especially with no feedback or closure after the interview.
