Candidate-reported interview process

Had a 3 on 1 interview. The interviewers were super friendly and seemed really passionate about their work. They asked a lot of questions about my past experiences and also some technical ones, covering SQL, authentications, and BI. There were also some behavioral questions. The whole thing lasted about 1.5 hours. They gave me a tour of the office at the end, and then I had to do an Excel Challenge. I heard back about an offer within 10 days, though HR took about 1.5 months to get the contract sorted.

This interview aims to scrutinize your past work to see if you're super enough for the job. They seemed a bit incoherent, mentioning Go a lot, which isn't really necessary for ML/data science. For me, the interview was tough, not because of the questions, but the interviewer.

The interview happened online over video and it went well. The person interviewing me was nice, encouraging, and helpful. There were three interview rounds plus an assessment to submit within 24 hours.
