Candidate-reported interview process

They will call you and arrange an appointment. You will meet station manager and regional manager from HQ. Then they will ask you a lot about yourself and your experience. You need to prepare information about Airasia and perform your best version. The whole process takes about 2 weeks.

There were three main stages in the interview process. They wanted to see how you would handle real-world issues related to the job and also gauge your understanding of the company and the specific role. If you successfully completed the first two stages, you were then invited for a final one-on-one interview. The interviewers were all very approachable and made you feel welcome. The more enthusiasm you showed for the company and the position, the more they seemed interested in learning about you through follow-up questions, and they were happy to answer any questions you had.

It was a very straightforward interview. The interviewer was nice and chatted in a casual way that put me at ease, making the interview go smoothly and quickly. They paid attention to how I spoke and my body language. I had to prepare for sudden curveball questions because they're looking for people who can handle unexpected changes.
