It felt pretty easy, like they'd hire almost anyone and then sort people out during training and the final check ride. If you passed that, you were in. That didn't seem quite fair, though. When I got hired, the pass rate was only 45%.

It was a three interview process. They communicated well and kept things moving. I didn't have to ask for updates. I really liked the recruiting team and their efforts, especially since many processes are so long these days.

The process was thorough and helpful. They gave me a good description of what the job entails and what they were looking for. I met with 3 interviewers who were very kind and encouraging. I really love working for this company.
