The interview process was pretty simple and relaxed. The HR part was really friendly and asked a lot of 'tell me about a time when' and general personality questions. Then, there was a tabletop session with the pilot, which was straightforward. It involved translating METAR/TAF, discussing IFR alternate and departure requirements, and briefing a SID and STAR.
Applied and then got contacted to set up a phone interview (due to Covid). I had that phone interview, and then about a week later, they called me with an offer. I gave a counter offer, which they accepted and sent the offer letter. I accepted the position.
I had a great experience during the interview process; everyone was really friendly, which gave off a close-knit, family vibe. They asked thorough questions to ensure they were hiring the right people for the job.
