Candidate-reported interview process

First you'll have an online screen call with the in-house recruiter. Then, you'll do a face-to-face with a manager. The last part is an interview with the team, where they'll interface with you asking questions, and then another round of you asking them questions.

One interview with the entire team and manager that the candidate would be working with. Panel like setting where everyone has your resume and makes inquiries trying to tie your background with the role.

I interviewed for the MEP Project Engineer position. It was a panel interview with members of the MEP engineering department and my recruiter in a boardroom. The interview lasted about an hour and was conversational, covering my resume, credentials, and role-specific topics. After the interview, my recruiter gave me a tour of the facility.
