Candidate-reported interview process

The interview experience was great, and the company culture and values appear to be very strong. The managers were really nice and welcoming. It seems like the company is built on a solid foundation and has a lot to offer.

Applied online and got a call about a week later, then had an interview that lasted about an hour. It wasn't hard at all, it was really easy.

You get a call and then an interview, followed by a drug test. Then you can start the next day. It's a pretty easy job; you just help passengers with bags and push them down the jet bridge. Tips can be good some days, especially around Christmas when travel is heavy.
