It was a terrible experience. There were several interviews with good questions. The leadership seemed okay, but they either follow the leader or need everyone to agree. It felt like a waste of time. I suspect their internal processes are weak and success depends on knowing them.
I only had a recruiter call from HR for screening. I'm waiting to hear back about a second interview, which would be face-to-face if I'm shortlisted.
