Candidate-reported interview process

A very casual chat about future expectations. There were several interviews. Both the interviewer and local managers were very interested in knowing about work aspects and how you handle problems.

There were several online and in-person interviews at the office. It started with an HR screening, then a technical screen. After that, I had an onsite interview which included a technical seminar and several one-on-one chats. Finally, there was a background check before they made an offer. The whole thing took about two months.

Got a call from HR, then radio silence. She said she'd let me know if they were interested, but never did. Such a letdown of a hiring process.
