The interview process was okay, pleasant and easy to schedule. I wanted to work there but didn’t make it to the next phase. It’s a good company and pays well. The questions were hard.
First I had a phone screen with HR. Then I had a few interviews with the hiring manager. They told me they would give me an offer, but after I followed up a lot for two weeks, I stopped hearing from them. Three months later, I got a rejection letter asking me to rate the interview.
Had a phone interview first, they asked some basic stuff about my interest and career goals. Then I had an in-person interview with 3 people: my direct supervisor, the regional manager, and an HR rep. The recruiter called me afterward and let me know I'd get an offer. We negotiated salary a bit and I accepted. The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks.
