It was a virtual interview with the management. It went very well, they were friendly and concise. They asked questions and then asked if I had any questions.
It took a while to get the interview scheduled, starting from the first HR email all the way to the final technical interview. The HR person was not very organized and had trouble communicating clearly. The technical round itself went okay, although one interviewer on the panel seemed to be trying to show off and be superior. The other interviewers were respectful and worked well with me.
It's a two-step hiring process before you get an offer. First, a chat with Talent Acquisition to get some basic info. Then, a technical interview with the hiring manager. The whole process can be slow, but it's thorough. Hiring managers are usually busy, so the technical interview might need to be rescheduled a few times.
