The interview process involved a recorded video interview with preset questions, followed by a couple of phone calls with the HR hiring manager to go over my personal preferences and location requirements. It concluded with an interview with the production manager at the site I'm interested in.
It was a very straightforward interview process, with mostly common questions asked. The interviewer was really nice and professional. I felt like I did well, but unfortunately, I didn't get the offer.
It was a long and tough interview process. First, there was a video interview. Then, an assessment center with about 12 people. The assessment center included a written test, a 1:1 presentation on a topic I chose with follow-up questions, a technical interview, and then a group activity and a group presentation to a panel, followed by two more group activities.
