Candidate-reported interview process

Some technical questions but mostly behavioral. It depends on the team. If you're in operations, there are several teams, and depending on your team, the technical questions could be about process, controls, safety, machinery, etc.

First, there's a quick 10-minute chat with HR about your background and if you're a good fit. Then, you'll have a 30-minute online interview with a group of technical experts. They'll test your technical skills, how you solve problems, and if you can use your knowledge in real situations. This panel might have senior engineers or team leads asking questions about your field. It's a full review of your skills, both soft and technical, to see if you're the right person for the job.

They told me before the interview that it would be a technical interview and to review certain concepts then only asked me motivational questions in the interview. They gave an extremely vague review on interview performance upon rejecting me, likely to avoid revealing hiring decisions based on protected characteristics.
