I had a recruiter call that went well, and then a phone screen. They said I did well on the phone screen and would move to the next round, but I never heard back. I followed up twice and got no response. It was incredibly rude and says a lot about the company.
A recruiting assistant looked over my qualifications and then set up a phone interview with the recruiting manager. It seemed to go pretty well, but afterwards I got a message saying I wasn't chosen.
