Candidate-reported interview process

This interview was super easy. The people there were really nice and the company has amazing work life balance and culture. I'd tell anyone to apply because it was a great place to work.

We did a technical interview where they asked questions about real-life job scenarios. It was only difficult if you haven't done commissioning before, otherwise it's not hard. Then there were multiple rounds of interviews with the managers and different team leads.

I was contacted through LinkedIn and also by some hiring agencies. The whole process was pretty well organized, and the communication about the interview stages was smooth. It involved two rounds: first, I spoke with the technical manager, and then the second interview was with HR.
