After submitting the standard online application, I had a one-way interview. The final in-person "superday" involved team-based activities to assess collaboration skills, followed by an individual interview focusing on technical and behavioral fit. The team was really nice and helpful.
First a quick screening call, then a short video interview and an online test. After that, there was a 1-hour interview with the manager and a Senior Mkt specialist. If you pass that, you move on to a case study scenario (PPT) with 4 other managers and some additional questions. It's basically a free consultation where they ask for detailed recommendations for campaign improvements based on the data they provide from a real campaign. Then after that they ghost you with no feedback.
I applied for the Q300 Flight Attendant job and after only two days from when applications closed, I got an invitation for a digital interview. The interview platform was a bit different, but it was easy to figure out and get used to. Sadly, I didn't make it further in the hiring process.
