Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiters were dishonest, they lied a lot to get me to sign up. The training school was longer than I was told. I didn't get the bonus I was promised. Much of what they say are just lies. The military has been allowing this behavior for many years.

It was a panel interview where they asked 7 standard questions to see how interested I was and my sales skills. It lasted about 45 minutes and I got to ask questions at the end.

We had a basic interview where I was asked upfront and direct questions. It kicked off with checking my basic knowledge and understanding of the inspections process for the Air Force. This was then followed by questions about my personality and decision-making skills.
