Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process varies based on the department you're applying to. It typically starts with an HR screening. After that, you might participate in a group interview with your potential peers and managers.

I had one phone screnning from HR, then two one hour face-to-face interviews. The first was with the hiring manager and the second was with an analytical manager. The second interview included a logic test, which wasn't too difficult. The questions overall weren't too challenging, but sadly I didn't get the job.

It was really cool, they didn't even call it an interview, more like a meeting or discussion. We talked about the company, what they do, and then they asked about my skills and biggest career achievements. There was also a skill test covering SQL Fundamentals, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
