Candidate-reported interview process

The communication was simple and easy, with very straightforward requests and goals that needed to be met. It helps to have your FP-C ahead of time or CFRN, don't take the exam lightly.

It was a three step process. Started with a recruiter call to make sure I met the basic criteria. Then I had to pass a critical care test. If I passed that, I got to move on to the third interview with the base leadership. I was actually applying for a part-time gig, but the recruiter talked me into applying for a full-time position at another base. Turns out, that job was already filled internally just a few days later. Anyway, I finished the process for the part-time role. I had to chase them for updates via email a few times. The recruiter did apologize though. Didn't get an offer, which I get, maybe someone else was more qualified. But they could have communicated better.

Had two video interviews, with a critical care exam in between. The recruiter was quick to respond. First up was the recruiter asking some basic questions. Then, the base and regional directors and educators interviewed me, asking scenario-based and behavioral questions.
